Thank you for choosing LANGZHI products and services. To ensure smooth transactions, we hereby announce the complete purchasing and declaration policy for the Brazilian market as follows:

I. Basic Transaction Requirements

1. Individual Purchases (B2C):

   • Maximum weight per item: 2kg
   • Required: Valid CPF number (Brazilian Individual Taxpayer Registry)

2. Corporate Purchases (B2B):

   • Required:
     ✓ Valid CNPJ number (14-digit Brazilian Corporate Taxpayer Registry)
     ✓ Scanned copy of business license
     ✓ Official commercial invoice (with complete product description)

II. Buyer Responsibilities & Notices

1. Customs Clearance Obligations:

   • Buyers are fully responsible for customs clearance procedures in Brazil.
   • All customs inspection fees and additional charges due to policy changes shall be borne by the buyer.

2. Declaration Requirements:

   • Product information (name, quantity, value, etc.) must be 100% accurate.
   • Correct HS codes must be provided.
   • Any penalties, confiscations, or returns due to incorrect declarations are the buyer's sole responsibility.

3. Tax Payment:

   • All import duties (tariffs, VAT, etc.) must be paid by the buyer.
   • Taxes must be paid within the timeframe specified by customs.

4. Risk Notices:

   • Brazilian customs may inspect any package.
   • Customs clearance typically takes 3–15 business days.
   • Goods detained for over 30 days due to buyer-related issues will be considered abandoned.

III. Seller Services

1. Pre-Shipment Services:

   • Provide official commercial invoice (with full transaction details).
   • Provide packing list.
   • Provide tracking number.
